Allwaggers currently ship to more than 220 countries. All International orders are handled by industry leading courier UPS, secure and efficient distribution services worldwide.

  • Express shipping is available all around the world. Shipping times within Europe 1 business day, all other countries 1-3 business days.
  • Standard shipping (2-6 business days) can be used only within Europe (including Norway and Switzerland).

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size and weight of your items. Please select which service fits you the best at the checkout. Tracking number is sent just after few hours after making a purchase straight to client’s email.

Receive free Standard Shipping on orders over 150 euros and receive free Express shipping on orders over 350 euros, excluding taxes and duties. Please note that this offer is not available in the following countries: American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua, Bolivia, Bonaire, Canary Islands, Cook Islands, Curacao, Fiji, French Guyana, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Jersey, Kiribati, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Mayotte, Montserrat, Myanmar, Nauru, Nevis, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Puerto Rico, Saipan, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, St. Kitts, Tahiti, Tonga, Turks & Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Yemen.

Even though there usually aren’t any issues, please double check that customs in your country allows entry of the products you have ordered. Allwaggers is not responsible for any issues that may occur at customs when entering your country.

Our prices do not include any fees of shipping, which vary depending on where you are. We are not responsible of import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs collected by the local shipping company upon delivery. Please note fees depending on your county, because we won’t be able to refund you.


We strive to offer our customets the best products with all neccesary information. We hope you will love everything you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange.

- Returns

If accidentaly your item is damaged or faulty in any way and you want to return it, please notify us first at We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

Items must be returned clean, unworn, in the same package and have all their tags on. Please do not send purchases back to us without contacting us first and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned goods:
- If the item has been worn or the tags has been removed.
- If the item isn't in the exact condition as when sent.
- If the item isn’t in the exact same package you received.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date we receive a return; this is due to our processing and quality control practices, and the varying processing times between payment providers.

- Exchanges

Before making purchase we always recommend our clients to take a look at sizing chart one more time in order to get the best fitting products for your pup. Unfortunately, everything happens and sometimes you miss a shot with size. No worries, we are more than happy to help you to exchange your product, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.

If you want to exchange your product due to invalid size and 30 days have not gone by since your purchase, please notify us first at State the reason for your exchange, along with your name, contact number and receipt number. Items must be returned clean, unworn, in the same package and have all their tags on. Please do not send purchases back to us without contacting us first and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Cost of returns

Allwaggers do not cover the cost of shipping of returning items for exchange or to be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and they are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable and reliable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. We recommend using UPS services.
